APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET Foa ENGINEERING FUNDS
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2107.5 OF TEL STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE- FISCAL YEAR 1967-1968
EREREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting. and Expenditure cf the
Engineering Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the Streets no Hay- Code hes
been entered into by the City of Alameda and the State Department of Public Wbrkk,
Livision.of Highways; and
'4HEMEAS, a budget probwsal showng estimated expenditures of such funds
recommended to be made during the fiscal year 1967-1968 has been prepared; and
WHEREAS', the Council of t it of Aliamedo is familiar with the contents
of said budget propOsal,

ALMEIDA. that said Budget Proposal for Engineering Funds, dated February V, 1967,
is hereby approved sou adopted Efj the budget of proposed. exfenditures of the State
allwooted funds for engineering to cities, and the pertinent City officials are
hereby authorized to attach their signatures or certifications to the nnid budget
proposal, as required, nnd that 'alc budget proposal be submitted to the Department
of Public 'Works, State of California, in aceordnnce with thE provisions of Section
197 of the Streets and Highways Code,

end regularly introduced and adopted by the Council. of the City cf Alameda in regElar
meeting assembled on the Vth day of February, 1967', by. the following vote, to wit:
