APPROVING PARCEL MAP 572 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY ON COLA
BALLENA EASTERLY OF BALLENA BOULEVARD, AND PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF (PAN-PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1,
Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 572, being a division of Lots 2 and 3 of Block 2, Tract 3011,
as shown on the Amended Tentative Map of Tract 3189, heretofore approved by the Planniny Board and
involving no public improvements, is hereby approved and permission given to the subdivider thereof
to record same, it appearing all conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the Planning
Board dated January 8, 1970, of said Tentative Map of Tract No. 3189 have been complied with in
respect to said Parcel Map No. 572.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of April, 1970, oy the following vote, to wit:

ABSENT: Councilman Levy, (1).
