CONFIRMING REPORT OF SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS
IN THE MATTER OF THE REPAIR OF SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY,
CURB OR GUTTER IN FRONT OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS
1536 WEBSTER STREET, AND DIRECTING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF LIEN ON SAID PROPERTY WITH THE
COUNTY AUDITOR
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has filed with
the City Council his report on repair by the City of the
sidewalk, driveway, curb or gutter in front of the real
property known as 1536 Webster Street, Alameda, California,
said report setting forth the cost of such repairs and
incidental expenses as being in the amount of $366.87, no part
of which has been paid; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, said Council
did hold a hearing on said matter for the purpose of examining
and considering said report; and
WHEREAS, said Council is fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of
the City of Alameda that the itemized statement of the expense
submitted by the Superintendent of Streets in the aforesaid
matter be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Superintendent of
Streets be, and he is hereby directed to prepare a Notice of
Lien on the property known as 1536 Webster Street, Alameda,
California, in the amount of $366.87, and to file said Notice
of Lien with the Auditor of the County of Alameda for
collection of the amount of said lien pursuant to the
provisions of Section 5628 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the State of California.
