AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 14747 TO MOVE THE JULY 16, 2013
REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING TO JULY 23, 2013
WHEREAS, Section 3-7 (B) of the City Charter of the City of Alameda
requires that the City Council hold regular meetings in the calendar year as
fixed by resolution;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14747 was adopted on December 4, 2012
setting the regular City Council meeting dates;
WHEREAS, a scheduling conflict exist for Tuesday, July 16, 2013;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA THAT:
Section 1. The regular City Council meeting scheduled for July 16,
2013 shall be moved to July 23, 2013.
Section 2. The meeting shall convene at 7:00 p.m.
Section 3. Notice of the date and time of the meeting is hereby given,
and the City Clerk is authorized, instructed and directed to give further or
additional notice of the meetings, in the time, form and manner as required by
law.

and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of May, 2013, by the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Chen, Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam
and Mayor Gilmore – 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
