AMENDING THE CITY OF ALAMEDA EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
(EXME) COMPENSATON PLAN TO ESTABLISH THE CLASSIFICATION
OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR AND MODIFY THE
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – ALAMEDA POINT SALARY RANGE
WHEREAS, in order to provide coordinated oversight of internal services,
resources and functions, the Administrative Services Director classification is
established; and
WHEREAS, in order to recognize the singular and critical importance of
oversight and coordination of Alameda Point activities and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Alameda that effective November 17, 2013, the Council hereby amends the
Executive and Management Compensation Plan as follows:
1. Section 1, to add Administrative Services Director as a covered
Miscellaneous Classification.
2. Section 11, to add Administrative Services Director to the list of
classifications provided $250 per month auto allowance.
3. Exhibit A, to establish the salary rate, salary step and benefits for the
classification of Administrative Services Director, modifying the salary
range for the classification of Chief Operating Officer – Alameda Point
with title change from Alameda Point Project Manager, designating those
as applicable to these classifications in the service of the City of
Alameda.
