RESOLUTION NO. 83-6
AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVE-
MENT PLAN TO THE ALAMEDA PLANNING BOARD FOR REVIEW
PRIOR TO PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission staff has
prepared a Community Improvement Plan for the Alameda West End
Community Improvement Project Area, and
WHEREAS, prior to a public hearing on said Plan under the
auspices of this Commission and the Alameda City Council, the
proposed Plan must first be submitted to the Alameda Planning
Board for its report and recommendation, and
WHEREAS, the review by the Planning Board will also deter-
mine if the Plan conforms to the General Plan for the City of
Alameda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director
is hereby authorized to submit the aforesaid Community Improve-
ment Plan to the Alameda Planning Board for its report and
recommendation and review as hereinabove stated.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed
by the Community Improvement Commission of the City
of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 3rd
day of May, 1983, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone,
and Chairman Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of said Commission this 4th
day of May, 1983.
