RESOLUTION NO. 83-8
AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION TO THE ALAMEDA PLANNING
BOARD OF REPORT ON THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN
FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission staff has
prepared a Report on the Community Improvement Plan for the
Alameda West End Community Improvement Project Area; and
WHEREAS, prior to a public hearing on said Plan Report,
under the auspices of this Commission and the Alameda City
Council, the proposed Plan Report must first be submitted to the
Alameda Planning Board for its report and recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director
is hereby authorized to submit the aforesaid Report on the Com-
munity Improvement Plan to the Alameda Planning Board for its
report and recommendation and review as hereinabove stated.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community
Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 7th day of June, 1983, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
Chairperson Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said Commission this 8th day of June, 1983.
