RESOLUTION NO. 83-10
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, REPORT THERON AND ENVIRON-
MENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE ALAMEDA CITY COUNCIL
FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission staff has
prepared a Community Improvement Plan, Report thereon, and
Environmental Impact Report for the West End Community Improve-
ment Project Area; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Community Redevelopment
Law, a public hearing on the Plan, Plan Report and Environmental
Impact Report will be jointly convened by this Commission and the
Alameda City Council on June 28, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Plan, Plan Report and Environmental Impact
Report thereon must be submitted to the City Council for its
review prior to the aforesaid public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director
is hereby authorized to submit the aforesaid Community Improve-
ment Plan, Plan Report and Environmental Impact Report thereon to
the Alameda City Council for its review prior to the public
hearing.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community
Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 7th day of June, 1983, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and
Chairperson Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said Commission this 8th day of June, 1983.
