AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ANGUS
McDONALD & ASSOCIATES REGARDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
AND NEGOTIATION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
ALAMEDA WEST END PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Executive Director be, and hereby
is, authorized to execute on behalf of said Commission an Agree-
ment with Angus McDonald & Associates, Inc. for its services
in connection with technical assistance and negotiation of a
development agreement for the Alameda West End Project.
