CIC Resolution 83-12COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 83-12 STATING FOR THE RECORD THAT THE CITY DOES NOT INTEND TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY OF THE ALAMEDA BELT LINE LOCATED WITHIN THE WEST END COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA AND WHICH IS CURRENTLY BEING USED WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda, by its Ordinance No. 2141 N.S. passed on July 5, 1983, adopted a West End Community Improvement Plan for the West End Community Improvement Project Area; and WHEREAS, Alameda Belt Line owns property within the Project Area; and WHEREAS, the City does not intend to acquire Alameda Belt Line property that is currently being used for its active operations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda that said Commission hereby states for the record that it is not the intent of the City to acquire property of the Alameda Belt Line that is currently being used for its active operations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 20th of September, 1983, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Commissioners Hanna, Lucas, Monsef, and Chairman Diament - 4.
