OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 83-13
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO TAKE STEPS TO AMEND THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda has
determined that areas of the Community Improvement District
benefitting from loans resulting from an Urban Development Action
Grant shall not be a part of the District; and
WHEREAS, the laws of the State of California and its
agencies delineate requirements for amending boundaries of a
community improvement plan; and
WHEREAS, the amendment of the boundaries should be under-
taken to assure future approval of financing improvements in the
Community Improvement District.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda that staff is hereby directed
to take steps to amend the boundaries of the Community Improve-
ment District.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on
the 1st of May, 1984, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and Chairman Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said Commission this 2nd day of May, 1984.
