RESOLUTION NO. 84 -14
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
APPROVING AND.AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
BOND COUNSEL SERVICES WITH
JONES HALL HILL & WHITE,
A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION
TAX ALLOCATION BOND PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda
(the "Commission ") is considering taking certain proceedings for the Alameda
Community Improvement Project, and it is desirable to employ legal counsel in
connection therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement Commission
of the City of Alameda, as follows:
1. That certain agreement by and between the Commission and Jones Hall
Hill & White, A Professional Law Corporation, for bond counsel services in
connection with the proceedings relating to the Alameda Community Improvement
Project, a copy of which is on file with the Secretary, is hereby approved,
and the Chairman and the Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed
in the name and on behalf of the Commission to execute said agreement.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda at anadjourrE
regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of June , 1984, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
