OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 84-15
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH McDONOUGH, HOLLAND & ALLEN
FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission of the City
of Alameda (the "Commission") is considering taking certain pro-
ceedings for the Alameda Community Improvement Project, and it
is desirable to employ legal counsel in connection therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda that the law firm of McDONOUGH,
HOLLAND & ALLEN be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed
to do and perform all legal services required in the conduct
of said proceedings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the Secretary
are hereby authorized to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement for and on behalf of the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda
at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of June, 1984,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
