CIC Resolution 86-29ORG1 COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 86 -29 APPROVING PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT FROM ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES AND ALAMEDA MARINA CENTER ASSOCIATES TO ALAMEDA HOME BUILDERS FOR THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT WHEREAS, at its September, 1985 meeting the Community Improvement Commission (CIC) authorized the execution of an Affordable Housing Agreement between the Commission and Alameda Marina Village Associates (AMVA) and Alameda Marina Center Associates (AMCA); and WHEREAS, said Affordable Housing Agreement sets forth conditions for transfer by AMVA and AMCA of all or part of their rights and interest as developer /owner of the residential portion of the Project Area; and WHEREAS, AMVA and AMCA have requested CIC approval for an assignment from AMVA and AMCA to Alameda Home Builders (AHB) for their responsibilities relating only to Tract 4585, a residential development in the Project Area; and WHEREAS, AHB has satisfied all City requirements in connection with its development in Marina Village; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement Commission that the assignment from Alameda Marina Village Associates and Alameda Marina Center Associates to Alameda Home Builders of their rights and duties under the Affordable Housing Agreement in connection with the residential development of Tract 4585 is hereby approved. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 2-0th of May, 1986, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - NOES: None. ABSENT: None.
