RESOLUTION NO. 86-32
AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL BUDGET AND REQUIRED
DOCUMENTS FOR THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission (CIC) by
its Resolution 85-26 authorized the execution of an Affordable
Housing Agreement between the CIC and Alameda Marina Village
Associates (AMVA) and Alameda Marina Center Associates (AMCA);
and
WHEREAS, the CIC by its Resolution 86-29 approved the
assignment from AMVA and AMCA to Alameda Home Builders (AHB) of
their rights and duties under The Affordable Housing Agreement in
connection with the residential development of Tract 4585; and
WHEREAS, CIC approval has been requested for a
reassignment of rights and responsibilities relating only to
Tract 4585 from AHB to Vintage Properties-Homebuilders
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, said Affordable Housing Agreement requires CIC
approval of the annual budget, loan application, form of note and
deed of trust proposed for use in connection with the housing
program; and
WHEREAS, an annual budget for October 1, 1986 through
September 30, 1987 and loan application, form of note and deed of
trust have been submitted for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Improvement Commission that the reassignment from Alameda
Home Builders Corporation to Vintage Properties-Homebuilders
Corporation is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Community Improvement
Commission that the annual budget, loan application, form of note
and deed of trust as submitted comply with the provisions of the
Affordable Housing Agreement and are hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Community Improvement
Commission that the Executive Director be authorized to execute
these deeds of trust and related documents.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Community Improvement Commission of
the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 16th of September, 1986,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
