RESOLUTION NO. 87-35
AUTHORIZING APPROVAL or AN ANNUAL BUDGET
FOR TER AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Community improvement Commission (CIO) b' its
Resolution 85-26 authorized the execution of an Affordable Rousing
Agreemenl between line Gill, and Alameda Marina Village Associates (AVAI
and Alameda Marina Center Associates (AMCA); and
WHEREAS: the CIL approved the assignment ffom AMVA and AMCA to
Vintage PrO" ties-Homebuilders Corporation c their rights and duties
under the Affordable Housing Agreement in connection wilh 'cue
residential development or Trdot 4385: and
WililiREAS, the CIC approved a waiver of its 60 day review period for
tne second annual budget, allowing for its submission af a regularly
schednied meeting and: indicated its intent to neiay the provision of iihe
very low income housing requirement pending receipt of a report from the
Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Afrordable. Housing Agreement 1-equiICS CIC approval of
the annual budget in connection with the housing program; and
WHE718AS, an naaudl hnaget fnr Ocahar I, 1987 through Sco'ggmbor 88,
1988 has teen su5mit1ed for approval,
NOW H11880-X8, 811 TT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement
Commission that the annnai budget as subm1cated complies with ihe
orovisions of Idle Affordabe Housing Agreement and hereby approved,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of October, 1987,
by the following vote, to wit:

Commissioners Camicia, Haugner, Monsef, Thomas
and Chairman Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
