COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. R9-40
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND BURNS & WATRY,
INC., RELATIVE TO EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE WEST END
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OR CREATING A NEW DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement Commission of
the City of Alameda that the Executive Director and Secretary be,
and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the Commission, an agreement with
Burns & Watry, Inc., for its services relating to the preparation
of all documents and completion of all appropriate activities in
connection with a Community Redevelopment Project to be
undertaken by the City pursuant to the California Community
Redevelopment Law.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of June, 1989,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Camicia, Withrow and Acting
Chairman Arnerich - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Thomas and Chairman Corica 7 2.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said Commission this 21st day of June, 1989.
