RESOLUTION NO. 89-41
APPROVING AND ADOPTING 1989-90 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Alameda Community Improvement Commission
staff has prepared a proposed budget for the 1989-90 fiscal
year, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference
incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, said budget provides for $1,727,707, which
includes $116,441.00 in a loan from the City of Alameda General
Fund, to be expended by the Commission in fiscal year 1989-90 in
the implementation of Alameda's community improvement efforts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed budget
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and adopted as
the 1989-90 budget of the Alameda Community Improvement
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that adoption of the attached
Budget as presented is contingent upon the Alameda City Council's
approval of the $116,441.00 inter-fund loan from the General Fund
to the Community Improvement Commission for fiscal year 1989-90.
