RESOLUTION NO. 90-44
AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND BURNS & WATRY,
INC. RELATIVE TO EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE WEST END COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OR CREATING A NEW DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on June 21, 1989, an Agreement authorized by
Resolution No. 89 -40 was entered into by and between the Community
Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda and Burns & Watry,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission of the City of
Alameda and Burns & Watry, Inc. do mutually desire to amend the
Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Improvement
Commission of the City of Alameda that the Executive Director and
Secretary be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to
attest to, respectively, on behalf of the Commission, a
modification to the agreement and work plan (Exhibit A).
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of April, 1990,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Camicia, Withrow and Acting Chairman Arnerich - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Thomas and Chairman Corica - 2.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said Commission this 18th day of April, 1990.
