RESOLUTION NO. 9Q. -45.
ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE BUSINESS AND
WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 90 -2070, adopted on June 25,
1990, the Planning Board of the City of Alameda selected and
designated the boundaries of the project area for the Business and
Waterfront' Improvement Project (the "Project "), approved a
Preliminary Plan to the Community Improvement Commission of the
City of Alameda (the "Commission "); and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Preliminary Plan for the Business and
Waterfront Improvement Project, as formulated and adopted by the
Planning Board of the City of Alameda, is hereby accepted by the
Commission, and the Commission hereby directs preparation of an
official redevelopment plan for the Project.
Section 2. The Executive Director of the Commission
is hereby authorized and directed to file the information required
by Sections 33327 and 33328 of the Health and Safety Code with the
appropriate taxing officials and the State Board of Equalization.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community
Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 17th day of July' , 1990, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
and Chairman Corica - 5.
NOES: None,

ABSTENTIONS: None,
