RESOLUTION NO. 91-47
REFERRING A PROPOSED COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE
BUSINESS AND WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO THE
PLANNING BOARD FOR REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION.
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law
(Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et sea.) provides in Section
33356 that, prior to a joint public hearing on a redevelopment
plan, the redevelopment agency shall submit the proposed plan to
the Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission of the City
of Alameda (the "Agency") has prepared and completed a Community
Improvement Plan for the Business and Waterfront Improvement
Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that the proposed Community
Improvement Plan for the Business Waterfront Improvement Project,
in the foim attached hereto, is hereby referred to the Planning
Board of the City of Alameda for report and recommendation.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Reso1ition
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Community
Improvement Commission assembled on the 15th day of January
1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Arnerich, Camicia, Thomas, Withrow
and Chairman Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
