JUNE 3, 1992
The meeting convened at 12:43 a.m. with Chairman Withrow presiding,
[following a portion of the Regular Meeting of the Alameda City
Council which reconvened directly succeeding the Alameda Public
Financing Authority Meeting].
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers Arnerich, Camicia, Lucas, Roth,
and Chairman Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
Boardmember Roth moved approval of the Minutes of the Initial Meeting
of the Alameda Public Financing Authority held March 17, 1992.
Boardmember Lucas seconded the motion which was carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
RESOLUTIONS
92-03 Resolution 92-3 "Approving, Authorizing and Directing Execution
of Certain Installment Sale Financing Documents and Authorizing and
Directing Certain Actions with Respect Thereto."
Boardmember Lucas moved adoption of the resolution. Boardmember
Camicia seconded the motion which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority, Chairman
Withrow adjourned the meeting at 12:45 a.m.
