Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Alameda Public Financing
Authority held June 3, 1992.
Boardmember Lucas moved approval of the Minutes. Boardmember
Arnerich seconded the motion which carried by the following voice
vote: Ayes: Boardmembers Arnerich, Lucas and Acting Chair Roth -
3. Noes: None. Absent: Chair Withrow - 1. Abstentions: Boardmember
Appezzato - 1.
