The meeting convened at 8:20 p.m. with Chair Withrow presiding.
Alameda Boy Scout Troop, Pack 1076, Den 5, posted the flag and led
the Pledge of Allegiance. Reverend Robert Keller, Twin Towers
United Methodist Church, gave the invocation.

Present: Boardmembers Appezzato, Arnerich, Lucas,
Roth and Chair Withrow - 5.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Alameda Public Financing
Authority held March 16, 1993.
Boardmember Lucas moved approval of the minutes. Boardmember Roth
seconded the motion, which was carried by the following voice vote:
Ayes: Boardmembers Appezzato, Lucas, Roth and Chair Withrow - 4.
Nayes: None. Absent from the dais: Councilman Arnerich - 1.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, Chair
Withrow adjourned the meeting at 8:22 p.m.
