Absent: None.
Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Alameda Public Financing
Authority held March 15, 1994.
Director Lucas moved approval of the minutes. Director Arnerich
seconded the motion, which carried by the following voice vote:
Ayes: Directors Arnerich, Lucas and Chair Appezzato - 3. Noes:
None. Abstentions: Directors DeWitt and Mannix - 2.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority, Chair
Appezzato adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
