Present: Boardmember Arnerich, DeWitt, Lucas,
Mannix and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Alameda Public Financing
Authority held March 21, 1995.
Boardmember Lucas moved approval of the minutes. Boardmember
Arnerich seconded the motion, which carried by the following voice
vote: Ayes: Boardmembers Arnerich, DeWitt, Lucas, Mannix and
Chair Appezzato - 5. Noes: None. Abstentions: None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority, Chair
Appezzato adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m.
