The Meeting was called to order at 8:03 p.m. with Chair Appezzato
presiding.
Roll Call: Present: Board Members Daysog, Kerr, Lucas, Vice
Chair DeWitt and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
Minutes
Minutes of the Special Alameda Public Financing Authority Meeting
of June 4, 1996. Approved.
Board Member Lucas moved approval of the Minutes.
Vice Chair DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by the
following voice vote: Ayes: Board Member Lucas, Vice Chair DeWitt
and Chair Appezzato - 3. Noes: None. Absent: None.
Abstentions: Board Members Daysog and Kerr - 2.
[Note: Board Members Daysog and Kerr were not Board Members in
June, 1996.]
Adjournment
There being no further business before the Authority, the Annual
Meeting was adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
