Minutes of the Annual Alameda Public Financing Authority Meeting of
March 18, 1997. Approved.
Vice Chair DeWitt moved approval of the Minutes.
Board Member Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
REGULAR AGENDA
(97-01) Resolution No. 97-5 "Authorizing the Issuance and Sale
of Revenue Bonds in the Aggregate Principal Amount of Not to Exceed
$39,000,000 for the Purpose of Financing Acquisition of Improvement
Bonds for Marina Village Assessment District Nos. 84-3 and 89-1,
and Approving Related Agreements and Actions." Adopted.
Board Member Lucas moved adoption of the Resolution.
Vice Chair DeWitt seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote -5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, Chair Appezzato
adjourned the meeting at 7:36.
