Lucas, and Chair Appezzato - 5.
ABSENT: None.
MINUTES
Minutes of the Special Alameda Public Financing Authority Meeting
of April, 1, 1997. Approved.
Board Member Lucas moved approval of the Minutes.
Board Member Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS, NON-AGENDA
(98-01.) Bill Smith, Alameda, commented on financial opportunities
at Alameda Point.

There being no further business, Chair Appezzato adjourned the
