Board Member Kerr moved approval of the minutes.
Board Member Daysog seconded the motion, which carried by the
following voice vote: Ayes: Board Members Daysog, Kerr and Chair
Johnson - 3. Abstention: Board Member Matarrese - 1. Absent:
Board Member DeWitt - 1.
