RESCINED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that
WBENEAS, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the City Clerk .
his certificate that the work and. improvement to be constructed by YeSuire
Hester under their contract with the City of Alameda, dated. October 22, 1048,
has been completed. in accordance with the terms of said contract, and in ac-
cordance with the plans and specifications prepared and approved 07 this
Council. therefor, and to his satisfaction, said work and improvement being
more particrbarly described and referred to in Resolution of Intention No. 3817
adopted September 7, 1948; and
WHEREAS, it appears and it is hereby found that said work and im-
nnovement has beer performed in accordance with said contract and. glans and
specifications and to the satisfaction of said City .ngineer.
NCW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follbwsr
1- That said work and improvement be, and the same Is hereby,
accepted;
2. That the City Engi.nenr of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed tc forthwith and within ten days hereafter file in the office of the
County Recorder of Alameda Coroty a notice of the compleibn of said work as
required by Section 2 of that certain act cf the Legislature known as Public
Works Contractors Bong Law, Stats. 1212, p. 4.27, as amended (Government Code,
Chap. 3, Div, ), Title I).
I the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularl introduced anda dopted by the Council of tho City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of July, 1949, by the
following vote, to witt
