TRANSFERRING $3,160.02 FROM THE CASH BASIS FUND
TO THE ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMEW FUNDS.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALANEDA that the sum of $3,169,02
te, and the same is hereby, transferred frdm the Cash Hass Fund to the A.cquisition
and Improvement Funds.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directe. i to make
said transfer cn their respective bcos and records.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the ferego:Ing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the. City of Alameda
in regular meting assembled or the 2nd day of August, 1949, by the following
