CREATING A SPECIAL FUND TO BE KNOWN AS "LIBRARY
RENDELING FUND" AND TRANSFERRING, $6,000.00 FROM
TEE CAPITAL OUTLAYS FUND THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF' AIANEDA that a special. fund
t be known as "Library Remodeling Fund." bc, and is hereby, created.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $6,000.00 be, and the same is
hereby, transferred. from the Capital Outlays Fund of the City of Alameda to said
LibrarT Remodeling, Fund-
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized. and directed to
create said spclal fund and '-o make the necessary transfers on their respective
books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that toe foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted b the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 2na day of August, 1949, by the following
vote, to wit:
