RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to
provisions of Act 3483, Hrusing Authority Iaw, Earl D. Garber be, and he 12 hereby,
appointed as a Commissioner of the Fobbing Authrritg of the City of Alameda, for
the term coon enoing August 11, 1949, and expiring August 10, 1953.
