ITEREAS public :Interest and necessity require that thb real. property hereinafter described be acquired by the City of Alameda for public street and highway purposes and. for the realignnent of Sbn Jose Avenue at Versailles Avenum; and WHEREAS, Margaret Richter, a widow, is the owner of the real property hereinafter described and is willdng to sell. same to the City of Alameda for the sum. of $200.00; NOW, 79;ERRZTECE, BE IT RESOLVED 97' TEE COUNCIL. Map Book 19, page 97, bounded as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northeastern line of San Jose Avenue, as shown on said map, at the mbst 17' '0('7) corner of the parcel of land conveyed. to City of Alameda, for street purruses, by deed dated Decambmr 20, 1917 arb recorded in Book 2635 of Deeds, page 149, Alameda County.
