ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE TUE MARGARET RICHTER, A WIDOW,
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, a. certain deed, dated the 1Mth day of October, 1249, made by and
between Margaret Richter, a widow, grantor, and the City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation, was, on or about said date, executed end delivered by said grantor to
the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said deed said grantor granted to the City of Alameda all that
certain real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, and more particularly described in said deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BF TT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA that
the aforementiorpd deed be, and thm same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City
of Alameda, and said City Council, actinc for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said deed and orders this resolution to be attached .
