ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FROM JOHN Me OLSON AND
CATHRINE A. OLSON, HIS WIFE, OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY AND CONSENTING TO THE 39331221 111.
THEREOF.
W1EREAS, a certain deed, dated the 14th day of October, 1949, made by
and between John V. Olson an Cathrine A. Olson, hiw wife, grantors, and tae City
of Alameda, a municipaa. corporation, was, on or about said date, executed ar d. de-
livered by said grantors to the said City of Alameda.; and
WHEREAS, b17 said deed said grantors granted to the City- of Alameda all
that certain 'nal property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, and more narticularly described In said deed;

that the aforementioned deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted cn behalf of
the City of Alaneda, and said City '(louncil, acting for and in behalf o1' said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said deed and orders this resolwtelon to be
attached thereto, as required by Section 1150 of the Civil Code of the State of
California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was

in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of October, 194.9, by the following
vote, to wit:
