ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS AND PROT-SIGNS FOR FURNISHING
ONE NEW LATEST MODEL 3/4 TON PICK-UP TRUCK WITH CANOPY
TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE STREET DEPARTNENT,
CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
2012 SAME.
FESOLVED Tr(dE COUNCIL Cr THE CITY' OF ALA 13 that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing one (1) new, latest model, 3/4 ton pick-up truck with
canopy, to the City of Alameda, for the Street Department, No MS 10-49-11, filed
in the office of the City Clerk on October 15, 1949, be, and the same are hereby,
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids Dr. to the hour of 9:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, November 1, 1249, for
the furnishing to the City of one ill new, latest model, 3/4 to pick-up truck with
canopy, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be or"-
rented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, Califcrnia, under sealed cover
and. pia' n1 marked on the outside, "Proposal for Pick-Up Truck with Canopy," or
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
td, The ri3ht ts reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provinion.

in regular meeting assembled on the 13th day of October, 199, by the follming
