RESOLUTION NO. 4094
AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL,
OFFICERS AND EMPLOBEES OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AT
TEE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA
CITIES TO BE HELD AT SAN FRANCISCO, AND APPROldRIAT-
ING FUNDS TEEREFON-
WHEREAE, the annual conference of the League of California Cities will
be held at the Fairmont Hotel, San Francisco, California, or October 21., 25 and
26, 1249; and
WHEREAS, TUE COUNCIL deems it necessary and proper and for the benefit
of the City of Alameda that members of the City Council and other officers and
employees of the City of Alameda shall attend said comferemee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 130 TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALANEDA
that ,o members n. the City Council and other officers of the City- of Alameda,
and such employees as may ho designated by the heads of the several dopartment
of the City, be, and the same are, and each of them is hereby, authorised to at-
tend said annual conference of the League of California Cities at San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sum of $400.00 be and the same is
hereby, appropriated from Account 70-b, for r. purpose of payimg the eTspesases
of the above enumerated persons whc may attend said conference.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council. of the City of Alameda
In regular meeting assenbled or. the 18th day of October, 1940 , by the following
vote, to wit;
