APPOINTING MENBER OF TIE SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD,
RESOLVED BY 'PPE COUNCIL, OF TEE CITY OF Alt 16th that puTsuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomina-
tion of the Mayor, Rev. Herbert W. Neale is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Social Service Board of the City of Alameda for a term exp•ring
Jr lo 3C, 1952, and until 1711E succersor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and rezularly intrcduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of October, 1940, by the following
