ACCEPTING CONVEYANCELFROD ALASKA. PACKERS ASSOCIATION,
A CORPORATION, OF EASEMENTS IN CERTAIN REAL; PROPTdRTY
FOR EIIM1TRIC J(WEB. CONDUIT PURPOSES AND CONSENTING TO
THE RECORDATION THEREUP.
WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 27th day of October, 1949, made by
and. between Alaska Packers Association, a California corporation, as party of the
first part, and. City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as party of the second
part, was, on or a1 said date, executed. and dellvered by- said party of the first
putt to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantor therein named granted to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to,-at any ti e, or from time to
time, install, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an electric
powpr conduit in, through, under andualong that certain piece, strip or parcel of
land situated in the City. of Alameda, County of Alameda State of California, and
more particularly described in said Grant of Easement: and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the lst lay of November, 1949, accept
said conveyance, and acquired possession of tbe said easement in the said real
property;
NOW, TEIHRMUL, BE IT• RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of salh. City,
hereby consents to the recordatien of said indenture and orders this resolution to
be attached thereto, as required by- Section 11.58 of the Civil Code of the State of
California.
