RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF ALANEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions fcr furnishing one (I) rubber mounted tractor with hydraulic
operated front end loader with minimum capacity of 1/2 oublc yards, tractor to
be equipped with rear dual wheels, to the City of Alameda, for the Golf Course
Department, No, MS 12-49-17, filed in the office of the City Clark on December
13, 1949, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FIJOTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock 8. 3., on Tuesday, January 3, 1950,
for the furnishing to the City of one (1) rubber mounted tractor with hydraulic
operated front end loader with minimum capacity of a/2 cubic yard, tractor to be
equipped with rear dual wheels, in accordance with said Spec ifleatons and Pro-
visions. Bids must be presented to the City Clork, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for
Rubber Mounted Tractor with Hydraulic Operated Front End Loader, or similar
designation.
Contrac%, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right in reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is Hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
:Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution nd of said Specifications and Provision!.
I, the undersigned, heroby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 13th day of December, 1949, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jcnes, Osborn and President Branscheid,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman. Sweeney, (I).
