RESOLUTION NC. 4115
APPOINTING MEMBEE CF THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomina-
tion of the Mayor, Arthur W. Agnew Is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Civil Service Board of the City of Alameda for a term expiring on June
20, 1954, to fill the unexpired term of Richard C. Ehrman, resigned, and to
serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.

1, the undersigned, Hereby certify that the foregoinp., Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular mooting assembled cn the 20th day cf December, 1.049, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Brenscheld, (5).
NOES: None.
