RESCINDING RESOITION NG. 3500 RELATING TC MAXIMUM
PARKING T1' EALLCWED IN RAINS= METER ZONES.
RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL GP TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution Ye. 3500,
adwnted by this Council on March 1.8, 1947, and entitled, "Determining the Maximum
Parking Timw to be Walonhd in. Various Parts of Parking Meter Zones Established by
Ordinance No. 1( Series," be, and thw 'same is hereby, rescinded.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the proyisinons of any other resclutionw, or
parts thereof, in conflict herewith,

Onreby rescinded and annulled.
RE TT FURTHER. RESOLVED that thls roso lution shall becomw effective at
thw saww time as Ordinanne No. 990, New. Series, shall.. become effective, to wit,
on t 3rd. day gf February, 1950, which said ordinance determinws thw maximum
parking limits allowed in the parking meter zones.
