WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Parks has prepared Specifications, Special
Provisions and Plans for said work, which Specifimations, numbered rw 1-5082, were
filed ih. the office of the City Clerk on ,January 17, 1950;

RESOLVED, FURTEER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
