RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALABEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Articlo X of the Charter of the it of Alameda, and upon nomination.
of the Mayor, Richard F. Houck is hereby appointed to the office of member of
the Civil Service Board of the City of Alameda for a term expiring on Juno 30,
1954, to fill the unexpired term of Arthur W, Agnew, resigned, and to serve until
