10 UO2"7' CANCELLATION OF COUNTY TAXES ON' PROPERTY
ACqUIRED BY THE CITY OF ETAMFDA FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the real property situated im the City of Aaameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, described as follows, to-wit:
South line of Lincoln Avenue 150 feet Westerly from thm
western line of Oak Street, thence 7'7'+.8 131 33 feet, thence
Soutberly 207 feet, e inches, thence Easterly 33 feet, thence
Northerly 207 feetx 9' inches 90 point of beginning.
Being a portion of Lot numbered 13, in Block numbered
37 as delineated and so designated on that certain map en-
titlsd, "Map of Land Isdjacent to the Town of Encinal, Alameda
County, Cal., surveyed by Jas. T. Stratton, Nay 1, 1867",
filed May 26, 1867, in thm office of the County ltesbrder of
the said Countx of Alameda,
has been assessed heretofore for county purposms for the fiscal year 1050-1E51, and
the taxes levied thereon are uncollected and unpaid; and
WHAELIAil, after the time said taxes becemb a lien on said real property,
to-wit, on Ontober 9, 1.950, said rea' property was acsuired for municipal porposes

in a certain adtXon ir the Superior Court of the State of California, in and. for
the County of Aaasbda, entitled, City of Alameda, a nussibipal corporation, Plaintiff
vs. Hobert's Homes, Inc., a corporation., et al, 1913799139 13 Actlon No. 227787; that
said. FixxX1 Jadgmbnt in 13 8' was filed and entered on October 9, 19b0, in
Judgment Rook 333, et page 620, in the office of the County Clerk of trb County of
Alameda, State of California, and ever sirbe said real probarty ha$ been, and now
12, owned by the City of Alameda and hab been and row lb being used for public pur-
poses, and because of subh public ownership in not sulhject to sale for dellnewent
taxes;
NOW, T=SFEEME, BE IT RESOLVEL BY TRW COULCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Board. of Supmrvisors of the County of Alameda be, and it 15 hereby, requested to
make Its order, and tb take such '1, '1+1 proceedimgs as may be 9- 49,0113, to cause
all uncollected taxes, assessments, penalties or costs chargbd or levied. for county
purposes upbr . the aforesaid parcels of real property, to be cancelled; 011 1331113 a
record of subh cancellation. be made by the officer or officers having 01 (13 of
the record thereof, in accordance with the provisionb of Section 4986 of the Revenne
and Taxation Code of the 1337 of California.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City Clerk forward four (1+) ,83]13 copies of
this resolutXon forthwith. to the Board of Supervisors of thb County of Alameda.
