APPROVENG AND AUTHOEIZINd THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREERENT WTTE THE STATE OF CALIFOEYIA FOR
YAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OP
ATAYEDA, EFFECTIVE AS OF puI7 1, 1950.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of State Highway
in t'ne City of Alameda, effective as of July 1, 1950, and to re in effect until

WHEREAS, the City Council has heard. read said. agreement in full ang is
familiar with the contents thereof:

hereby approved and the Mayor of the City of Alameda be and he is hereby, au-
thorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Nesclution was
daIy and regularly introduced and adopted by tho Council of the City of Alameda
in. regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of October, 1950, by the following
vote, to wit:
