AUTHORIZING ATTELDANCE OF MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL,
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AT
THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE Lak,GuE OF CALIFORNIA
CIThES TO HE HELD AT LOS ANGELES, AND APPROPRIAldNii
FUNDS THEREFORE
WHERZAH, the Fifty-Second Annual Conference of the League or Ca7iforyda
Cities will be held at the Blitmore Hotel, Los Angeles, California, on October 22,
75, 24 Lund. 25, 1950; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it necessary and proper and for the benefit
of the City of Alameda that megibers of the City Council and othor officers and
empleyees of the City of Alameda shall attend said Conference;
NOW, THEREFORE 3t IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CliTY OF AIANEDA that
the members of the City Council and other officers of the City of Alameda, and such
employees as may be designated by the heads of the several departments of the City,
be, and. the name are, and each of them is hereby, authorized to attend said Annual
Conference of the ioague of California Cities at Los Angeles.
BE IT FUHTFER RESOLVED, that the sum of (0950.00 be, and the same is hereby
appropriated from Account 70-b, for the purpose of payLog the expenses of the above
enumerated persons who may attbnd said Conference.
I, thb undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
dbily and regularly introduced and adopted by" the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of October, 1950, by the following
vote, to-wit:
