WHEREAS, the Department of the Navy of the United abates- has submitted
a fokm of amendment ta Contract No, NOy(01-22357 for payment to the City of
alemeda for direct services rendered to 600 Navy Defense Hops:nag Units, Cal-4111
and 11 Hamoja "3" Units adjacent to the Naval Air Station, whereby. the lamp-sum
annual cost for services is changed to read $6,710.00 in lieu of 66,216.00; and
WEERMAS, the fora of said amendmbht to said contract has been presented
to this Council and this Council is fuailtar nath the provisions thereof and. it
is in the public interest that it shbuld he executed;
ROW THEREFORE, 3E IT REEOLVED 3Y. TEE COMCIL 02 THE CIYT OF' ALAWEDA
that the aforesaid ameneiment to cohtract be, and the saae is hereby, accepted and
approved by thb City of Alameda, and the Layer of. arta City of Llaaeda is hereby
authorized and directed to execute saad amendment to contract on behalf of the
City of Alameda and the City Clerk is authorized to attest tho same.
